At Kringle Post, we are committed to transparency in our communications and would like to invite you to review our shipping and delivery policies in detail:

Order processing and delivery schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, we will begin processing it immediately. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

• Order acceptance dates (for 2024 season) – September 17, 2024 to December 15, 2024
• Order shipping dates (for 2024 season) – December 8, 2024 to December 19, 2024
• Order delivery dates (for 2024 season) – December 11, 2024 to December 24, 2024
• Order handling time – 4 to 82 days (4 days if order placed on December 15, 2024 and shipped on December 19, 2024; 82 days if order placed on September 17, 2024 and shipped on December 8, 2024)
• Order transit time – 2 to 6 days (our orders are shipped using USPS domestic first class mail)

Fulfilment process:

Once we receive your order, we immediately begin fulfilling it. Our entire fulfillment is in-house, and all our letters are written with a real pen. Once all the orders are processed, we personally transport all the orders for the season to Anchorage, Alaska and use a USPS shipping facility to deliver the mail to the mailing addresses on your order.

Shipping Fee:

All our orders have a free shipping policy. We use USPS first class mail to deliver your order. In an effort to keep prices low for you, we are unable to provide tracking information.

Shipping Locations:

We ship to any location USPS delivers domestic mail, including the US, its territories, PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs and DPOs.

Lost Packages:

If your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us here.
