Returns Policy
Due to the customized nature of personalized products, our products cannot be returned, since they cannot be restocked.
Refunds Policy
We make every attempt to quality check every product that we are sending out. If however you receive a defective product, or an error in personalization cause by us, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order by using our Contact Us page, and upon verification, we will provide a refund to you. Once approved for a refund, the refund will be processed by us within 24-48 hours, and we will credit the original account used to make the purchase. Your bank may take an additional few business days to credit your account after we process the refund.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If the order has not been shipped out by us, we can make any modifications needed by you. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
All orders also have a 24 hour window after you place the order where you can cancel the order at no additional charge, and we will process a full refund to you. To request an order cancellation, please reach out by visiting our Contact Us page.
