Kringle Post

Frequently Ask Questions

What is included in my purchase?

All our letters are written with a pen, instead of a standard laser printer – so your child feels that Santa truly took time to write a personalized letter just for them. The envelope has our return address as North Pole, Alaska. The letter package is hand delivered by us personally to a USPS facility in Alaska to get a more authentic postmark.

Can I ship to different addresses?

Absolutely. You can choose to buy multiple letters in one order and then ship to different addresses if you desire.

How many letters can I order at a time?

We currently have the ability to write five different versions of letters, so we have limited the number of letters per order to five. This ensures that if you have ordered multiple letters for different kids in the same household, each of them will get a unique personalized version of the letter.

When will my child receive their letter?

Your child will receive the letter prior to Christmas Eve. This is the reason we stop taking orders for that season in mid-December; to make sure your child gets their letter in time. View our detailed Shipping and Delivery policies here.

Is this a US made product?

Absolutely! Our letter package is written and packaged in-house in the USA. We are a small business, and we take the time to make sure every letter is quality-checked. We then take the letter packages personally to a USPS mailing facility in Alaska to send it in the mail to your loved ones.

When will my credit card be charged?

For a one-time purchase, your card will be charged when you place the order. The letter will be mailed in December, prior to Christmas. For a recurring annual purchase, for the first year, your card will be charged when you place the order. From the second year onwards, your card will be charged in early June. Letters will always be mailed in December prior to Christmas. Since our letters are written with a pen, we unfortunately do need time to write these personalized letters.
